Leading with your values

Sabah MirzaLeadership Advisor & Author

Our values influence how we think, feel, and act — at work and beyond, often unconsciously. In this highly participatory workshop, Sabah will guide you toward uncovering these deeply held beliefs and cultivating a more deliberate way of leading and living.

Prototype your next move

Kathryn VelcichAdjunct Professor, Stanford University d.school

Everyone walks into a conference carrying one thing they haven't figured out: a decision they keep postponing, a conversation they keep rescheduling, a move they can't quite bring themselves to make. In this working hour, Kathryn runs the room through the cycle she teaches in Leadership Lab: read what's actually happening, name what you've been avoiding, and design one small and sneaky experiment you can run within the week. Come with something real and unresolved. You'll leave with a prototype of your next move and a date to test it.

Making your income work as hard as you do
